There may be times when both Villa I and Villa II are available for rental together. Special rates may apply in such cases. Rates assume vacation rental use only. All events are extra and are priced according to use.
Here are rental potential rental configurations: Terraced Garden Suite - up to 4 guests Villa II - up to 7 guests Villa II & The Terraced Garden Suite - up to 10 guests Villa I - up to 17 guests. The entire property - up to 23 guests.
Our rates are for "vacation rental" use of the villa you choose, but the rates do not include parties, weddings, receptions, or large gatherings at the villa during your stay without written permission and a contract for such use. Villas may not be occupied by more guests than agreed upon in the rental contract. Rental prices are based on occupancy and contracted use. Additional fees will apply for additional guests, or for unauthorized events.
We are a full service event provider as well and can assist you with your event. We allow weddings, events, receptions, business gatherings, family reunions, special dinners etc. We can provide you with our list of preferred caterers, photographers, florists, cake-makers, etc. for your event.
