West Coast Villa I Bedrooms

One feature attraction is the master bedroom suite with more than 800 square feet of elegant comfort. You enter through solid core double doors and immediately feel the quality of this room with its thick pile carpet, Tuscan style walls and the grand views of Castro Valley, sunsets, the city lights and the bay from the 250 square foot veranda.

Enjoy the comfort of the plush, pillow top Queen sized bed draped with high quality linens. Relax in the cozy sitting area, watch Satellite TV, or enjoy the stereo sound from the in-ceiling speaker.

The large master bathroom is bright and airy with glass block windows, a vaulted skylight and fresh reflecting colors. Double sinks grace the vanity cabinets with a sitting area for grooming. Imported Italian tile floors in a brick stack pattern add to this luxury Villa's charm and elegance.

This master bathroom provides the option of showering or bathing. The walk-in shower is a spacious 25 square feet featuring cultured marble surround with a glass brick wall. While the water showers down upon you, so will the fresh sunshine from the vaulted skylight.

If you prefer, West Coast Villa I offers a soothing step up cultured marble soaker tub designed to melt away aches and pains. The first morning rays of sun sparkle through the glass block window to brighten this room and give you a fresh start in the morning. 

The room provides a private toilet room with Italian tile floors, as well as two large carpeted walk in closets for everything you bring with you. We do provide toiletries for you. You will find the master suite fully stocked with towels, linens and extra pillows.

On the second floor of this vacation home there are two more bedrooms. The larger bedroom has two queen size beds and if needed, two twin beds plus a large walk-in closet. This room faces east so put the early risers in here to watch the sunrise.

From the bedroom window you get a great view of the rear terraced gardens of this Castro Valley Villa.

The next bedroom, with two twin beds, is nicknamed "the cloud room" because the room is painted in a cloud theme. From the gradient blue on the walls to the fluffy clouds overhead you may just feel like you are floating off to sleep.

This room faces west so sunsets are glorious from this room or step out onto the 50 foot long veranda to enjoy the sights of Castro Valley, the San Francisco Bay and the Peninsula. In certain seasons you'll see the San Francisco fog rolling over the hills from the Pacific Ocean.

Another feature of this second floor is an amazing built-in executive office with a library of books to enjoy. There is also a FAX machine, phones and a place to get some work done - that is, if you really want to on your vacation. But we do provide free local and nationwide long distance - and also free to Canada. We have hook ups for DSL high speed internet or WiFi throughout the house - and out in the yard if you want to surf the web while suntanning. It's not hard to see why the locals enjoy the area so much.

One last feature - there is another full bathroom with double sinks and a full tub and shower on this floor.

After your tour of the upper floor, come back to the first floor where you will find a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and a large picture window capturing the western sky and hills of Castro Valley. This newly decorated room is called our Sunset Suite with rich warm colors and views of the setting sun. This room has a custom two tone paint theme creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.  We can accommodate a third person in this room with a twin bed.

The final bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom and shower. It is an oversized room with two queen beds, a kitchenette, a sitting area, a flat screen TV/DVD and a huge walk in closet. We call it our Terraced Garden Suite. It can sleep up to four guests. From the bedroom there is direct access through an east-facing sliding glass door out to the rear gardens. Directly outside the room you will be able to see a rose garden, and jasmine plants cascading over the wall.

The vacation rental home also comes with full sized laundry facilities. We provide top of the line Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer are for your laundry needs. There is also a sitting area on this floor with DSL high speed internet connections and telephones. And WiFi will work anywhere in the house.
