West Coast Villa offers an intimate and romantic location for small family wedding ceremonies and receptions. The home's classic California Mission style, open floor plan, roofed over patio, lush native California landscaping makes this an ideal location for you and your guests to enjoy your special day.
This ideal location is designed for intimate family weddings and receptions and will provide you with happy memories of your wedding day.
Wedding ceremonies and receptions can be arranged indoors (maximum of 50 guests) or outdoors (maximum 75 guests).
Rental Packages and Rates
The following prices include: tables and chairs for guest seating for ceremony, and/or reception. Rental packages are for an eight-hour time period comprised of two hours for setup, five hours of event time and one hour for cleanup. For weddings, a one-hour rehearsal is included in the package. Additional rehearsal time is available at $100 per hour.

The differences in costs also reflect higher quality items. The package prices are estimates only and are subject to change until a contract is agreed upon. We've given you a range of prices for your information. You may add or subtract items in any package to work toward a wedding that fits within your budget.
